Affecting System - Email and VPS Services
Dear Valued Customers,
In order to improve our service reliability, we are performing critical maintenance task between 1st Apr 2026 to 31st May 2026 to all our services including Email and VPS Hosting. During the maintenance period, we may encounter slow performance and interruption.
All tasks that are known to cause downtime will be scheduled and informed to the affected customers in advanced.
Tasks that are not known to cause downtime shall be carried out after office hour from 6pm to 6am MYT.
Although we do not expect any downtime nor performance degradation during the maintenance period, we do experienced outages. We apologize for such incidents and will keep vigilance to all tasks and aggressive monitoring.
